Haquoss HEMP BEDDING is a 100% natural and biodegradable product, containing no impurities or toxic oils such as cedar or chemical additives. It has remarkable absorbency and a high water retention power, regulating the humidity level. It is composed of dried hemp stems that are completely harmless if ingested. Suitable not only for lizards, tortoises, snakes, and amphibians but also for rodents of various kinds. It neutralizes odors, does not irritate the skin and fur of animals, is an excellent sleeping surface, and does not release dust. Its particular consistency encourages natural behaviors in animals, such as digging, and facilitates egg laying.

APPLICATION: Cover the bottom of the cage or terrarium with a 4/5 cm layer and regularly remove excrement and urine or dissolve them using Haquoss T5 – Organic Waste Remover. Replace completely every two to three weeks and, before introducing the new product, completely disinfect the habitat and internal decorations using Haquoss T9 – Mites & Ticks to remove parasites.
