Is there warranty for WWWAQUA aquariums?
36 Green provides a 6-month limited warranty on all products under WWWAQUA. This warranty extends to the original purchaser and covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase.
How do I maintain my WWWAQUA tank?
WWWAQUA tanks are designed with a built-in back filtration system to keep maintenance simple and manageable for everyday living.
For general upkeep, we recommend:
- A 10–20% water change weekly
- Replacing the filter fleece weekly
- Light cleaning of the glass and tank design to prevent algae buildup
With regular maintenance, your tank will remain clean and healthy long-term.

How long does shipping take?
Haquoss-only orders are delivered via local postage.
Orders placed by Tuesday 12pm will be delivered by Friday of the same week.
Orders placed after Tuesday 12pm will be delivered by Friday of the next week.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
WWWAQUA Tank orders (including any Haquoss products ordered alongside a tank) are personally delivered by our team within 3–5 working days.

How much does shipping cost?
A flat delivery fee of $5 applies to all orders.
