HAQUOSS H1 - PLEISTOPHORA

CAUSES: pleistophora are parasites that lodge in the muscles of fish, creating cysts. The most vulnerable are neon fish (paracheirodon innesi), but they can attack many other species. Stress, loss of appetite, and poor water conditions make fish vulnerable to this parasite.

SYMPTOMS: Discoloration begins in the central part of the body, which gradually spreads to the entire animal. Furthermore, the fish will have agitated and rotating swimming, a slanted posture, spinal deformities, and then weight loss.

Haquoss H1 is a specific product for this type of situation and should be used as soon as the first symptoms appear. Suspend activated carbon filtration, if present, and aerate the aquarium thoroughly. During administration, the water will take a slight blue/green tinge, but this is normal.

WARNING: Invertebrates and crustaceans cannot tolerate this product. Darken the tank during treatment.

DOSAGE: Increase the aquarium temperature to 28°/30° and dose 1ml (1 capful = 5ml) for every 25 litres on the 1st and 3rd day. On the 4th day, partially change the water by 30% by adding Haquoss DM1, conditioner and Haquoss DM2, alive, then repeat the dose on the 5th and 7th day if the infection persists. On the 10th day, do a substantial partial water change (at least 50%) in two separate operations a few hours apart. After the treatment, resume the activated carbon filtration and after the partial water change, add Haquoss DM1, DM2, H26 and H28 in the recommended doses, returning the temperature to the previous values at the end of the treatment.

Do not overdose and do not combine with other medicines.
