INGREDIENTS: Dried Plums And Figs (75%), Crickets, Mealworms, Black Soldier Fly Larvae, Grasshoppers, Silkworm Pupae, Probiotics, Prebiotics, Spirulina, Glucose, Fructose, Calcium, Potassium, Iron, Manganese, Zinc, Maltodextrin, Inulin, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Salt, Mineral Oil.

DIRECTIONS: Three times a week on alternate days. Measure out six teaspoons (included), or one and a half teaspoons, with a few ml of water and mix inside the disc (included). The final mixture should be neither too runny nor too gummy. Place everything inside the terrarium and remove the uneaten portion after 24/36 hours. Combine with the basic diet or live food. Consume within 6/12 months of opening and store in the refrigerator.
