Oven-activated and mechanically processed plant-based carbon pellets. Haquoss carbomax is compact enough to allow for excellent mesopores filtration. Its porous, adsorbent structure absorbs pollutants, making water crystal clear. It does not permanently eliminate nitrites, nitrates, and ammonia (for which we recommend using nitrator, zeomax, and zeocarb), but it reduces their levels in the aquarium by absorbing toxins and coarser impurities, making it the primary filter material for incoming water. This product has many benefits: it eliminates chlorine, unpleasant odors, yellowing of water, medications, and heavy metals such as iron and lead, and clarifies water.

USE: Remove the carbon from the filter when using medicines, trace elements, fertilizers, liquid feeds and supplements. Rinse once a week under running water and replace entirely every month.
