HAQUOSS PURE MAX 500ml

Synthetic macroporous resin designed for the immediate removal of nitrites (NO2) and other organic waste such as ammonia (NH4) and nitrates (NO3) in freshwater aquariums.

Nitrites are highly toxic and should not exceed 0.05 mg/L. Elevated levels are commonly caused by overfeeding, poor filter or substrate maintenance, and insufficient water changes. This product rapidly absorbs harmful compounds while also helping to keep the water clear.

USE: 500 ml treats up to 1000 liters of water for approximately 3 to 4 months. Before use, perform a partial water change of 10% and siphon the substrate. Test NO2 levels regularly, at least once a week.

IMPORTANT: Most commercial test kits measure nitrites up to 2 mg/L. If levels exceed this, it is not possible to accurately determine resin performance. It is therefore recommended to keep the product in the filter continuously and replace it as instructed.

When exhausted, the resin does not release nitrites back into the water, it simply stops absorbing them. If nitrites reappear, replace the resin.
