HAQUOSS KH BUFFER 500ml

Haquoss KH BUFFER significantly increases the carbonate hardness (KH) in marine water, stabilizing it at optimal levels (>8°). Check the KH value at least once a week. A correct value stabilizes the pH and promotes the growth of coral skeletons, while an accurate level of carbonate hardness is essential for maintaining stable pH.

A sudden drop in the concentration of carbonates in the aquarium can completely interrupt the nitrification process, so the recommended KH level in marine aquariums is 6.5° to 8.5° (dKH).

DOSAGE: Dissolve 40 g in 1 litre of osmosis water. The dosage must be determined based on the results of water tests. 100 ml of this solution raises the KH level in 100 litres of water by 2.5° (dKH). Increase the KH level by no more than 0.5° (dKH) per day.

We recommend combining it with Haquoss Calcium Booster and Haquoss Magnesium Booster to stabilize both of these elements, on which KH also depends.
