HAQUOSS HEXACORALLIA GOURMET 100ml
Partially defatted powdered food for corals of the Corallimorpha family such as Ricordea, Actinodiscus, and Discosoma. These animals feed on both phytoplankton and zooplankton, and Haquoss Hexacorallia Gourmet is a complex blend of ingredients enriched with essential amino acids including methionine, lysine, and arginine, along with valuable vitamins.
Its growth-promoting lipid content is rich in Omega 3, while the significant amount of astaxanthin acts as an antioxidant and enhances pigmentation. This product is rich in zinc and selenium, minerals essential for growth and survival, as well as chitin, which stimulates the immune system. It also contains a significant amount of Calanus finmarchicus, one of the most important zooplankton species in the Norwegian Sea.
Phytoplankton, or “vegetable plankton,” refers to all living plant organisms suspended in water that, like terrestrial plants, produce nutrients from carbon dioxide (CO2) and mineral salts found in seawater such as phosphates, potassium, nitrogen, and silicon. The presence of Spirulina (11%), Chlorella (11%), Nannochloropsis, Tetraselmis, and Chaetoceros algae (in smaller quantities) strengthens the immune system, helps prevent rickets and vitamin deficiency, and promotes growth and coloration.
COMPOSITION: Calanus Finmarchicus, vitamins, animal proteins, amino acids, carotenoids, essential fats, Omega 3, chitin, astaxanthin (>450 ppm), zinc, selenium, Spirulina, Chlorella, Nannochloropsis, Tetraselmis, Chaetoceros, spinach, and vegetable proteins.
DOSAGE: Feed the corals at least once a day. Pour 10 ml of aquarium water into the measuring cup and add a level teaspoon of powdered food (both supplied). Mix well and pour into the aquarium near the corals to be fed. Each dose is sufficient for 50 litres of water. Turn off the skimmer for a few minutes.
